All sessions are held in sacred trust. While your privacy is honored, please be aware that sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, safety, or energetic review. These recordings are never shared without your permission unless required by law.

Colette reserves the right to decline service when necessary, particularly in situations where the energy or conduct is not in alignment with mutual respect or the spirit of this work.

✦ Cancellations & Refunds

All sessions are scheduled with care and intention. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Sessions missed without prior communication may be considered forfeited, as your time is sacred—and so is ours.

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. While refunds are not typically offered for completed sessions, we also recognize that each situation is unique. If something arises and you feel a refund may be appropriate, please reach out. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Though not encouraged, compassionate review will always be offered. Inquiries are welcome.
